Please take the following items with you:
 Valid passport
 F1 or J1 visa
 Valid I-20 or DS-2019
 I-94 arrival/departure record (downloaded from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html)

Wednesday, August 16th from 8:00am to 2:00pm    -    Location: McKnight Hall (Cone Building)
