If you are nearing the end of your degree program, want to work in U.S. and wish to learn about ‘next steps’ beyond OPT (Optional Practical Training) please join us for the ‘Beyond OPT’ workshop co-presented by the International Student and Scholar Office and the Center for Graduate Life.
Featuring staff attorneys from Garfinkel Immigration Law, this workshop will cover the basics of OPT, some tips and strategies for a successful job search as well as some information on H-1B and other longer-term visa options. We have invited an immigration attorney to particiapte in our presentation.
This years Beyond OPT workshop will be held April 19th, 2023 at 1pm in CHHS 155. If interested in attending, arrive on time as workshops begin promptly.
